BINDERY CONSULTANTS will provide a written Machinery Valuation Report, including an itemized list of your bindery machinery, descriptions and serial numbers, and appropraite valuations.
Please be advised that this will NOT a certified appraisal, but rather an estimated gross dollar amount valuation of machinery which could be realized at a properly conducted public auction held under forced conditions and under present day economic trends.
Types of Valuation Reports:
Desktop Valuation: • Valuation of machinery based on currently available data gathered and utilized by BINDERY CONSULTANTS LLC.
• Inspection of machinery is NOT required or requested.
On-Site Valuation: • Requires actual inspection of machine at current location. Interviews with on-site personnel as necessary. Photos of all machinery.
